1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your shirt meets the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, and with all original tags still attached.
- Packaging: It should also be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
- Proof of Purchase: You will need proof of purchase, which is your order information (e.g., order number, order confirmation email).
Detailed Description of the Issue Provide a clear and specific explanation of the problem with your order. Examples include:
Wrong size received
Incorrect color
Visible damage or defect
Item not matching product description
Photo Documentation: To verify the issue, we require at least 2 clear and high-quality photos showing the problem. Please make sure to include: A close-up of the damaged or incorrect area A photo of the size tag (only for size-related issues) A full view of both the front and back of the item
If your return does not meet these criteria, we may not be able to accept it.
2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. This means you need to contact us within this 30-day period to start the return process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns initiated after this 30-day window.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, please contact us at support@rigamass.com. When you reach out, please provide the following information to help us process your request efficiently:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A clear explanation of the reason for your return
To further assist us in understanding the issue, and to potentially expedite the process, we kindly ask that you attach a video or photograph to your initial request if your product is defective or damaged.
Once we receive your return request, our team will review it and provide you with further instructions, which may include where to send the item back.
4. Return Shipping
Regarding the shipping costs associated with a return:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (for example, if you received the wrong item or a defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or instructions on how to return the item at our expense.
- For all other returns (e.g., if you simply changed your mind, although please note our eligibility criteria), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us.
Please note that the original shipping fees you paid when placing your order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error. If you receive a refund for a return where you were responsible for shipping, the cost of the return shipping (if we provided a label) may be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Following this inspection, we will notify you about the status of your return.
