How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
What are the conditions for a return?
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase and photos if there’s an issue.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defect), we cover the return shipping. For other reasons, return shipping is at your expense.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@rigamass.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and photos or video if the item is damaged or incorrect.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We currently do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 5–8 business days after your order has been processed.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are often processed the same day.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link.
What if my package is late or missing?
Contact us if:
It’s been more than 10 business days and your order hasn’t arrived
Your tracking hasn’t updated for 5+ days
Your package is marked “delivered” but can’t be found
Your package arrived damaged
We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and most major debit/credit cards via Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Stripe uses advanced encryption, and we do not store your card information.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Sales tax and shipping fees are shown clearly at checkout. What you see is what you pay.
