Cancellation Policy

At Rigamass, we start working on your custom metal signs as soon as possible to ensure fast delivery. We understand that plans can change, so we offer a window for cancellations.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of the time the order was placed.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@rigamass.com with the following information:

  • Subject Line: Order Cancellation Request - "Your Order Number"

  • Email Body: Please include your full name and the reason for cancellation.

3. After the 12-Hour Window

Once the 12-hour window has passed, your order enters the production and processing phase. At this stage:

  • We are unable to accept any further cancellation requests.

  • Since many of our metal signs are prepared or customized specifically for you, we cannot stop the process once manufacturing has begun.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is received within the 12-hour timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Please note that it may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Order Changes

If you wish to change your order (such as changing the design or size) instead of canceling, the same 12-hour limit applies. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.
