  • You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

3. Shipping Time & Costs

  • Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the USA.
  • Transit Time: After processing, your order will typically arrive within 3-4 business days.
  • Shipping Locations: At this time, we ship exclusively to locations within the United States.

4. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your street address, apartment number, and ZIP code.
  • Rigamass is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

5. Returned Packages

In the event that a package is returned to us by the carrier due to:

  • An incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts.
  • The package being refused by the recipient.

We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Please note that the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order sent out a second time.
