Return and Refund Policy

At Rigamass, we take pride in crafting high-quality, personalized metal signs. Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or report an issue. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

2. Personalized Items Policy

Since most of our products are personalized to your specific requirements:

  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if there was a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong spelling, wrong size, or wrong design compared to your order).
  • We cannot accept returns for personalized items due to "change of mind" or customer errors (such as providing the wrong name/text or choosing the wrong size).

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Restocking Fee: We are happy to inform you that there is NO restocking fee for any eligible returns.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rigamass.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Clear photos/videos showing the defect or the damage caused during shipping. Once your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: If the return is approved due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

All returns must be approved by us before being sent back.
Returns sent without prior authorization or without contacting us first may be refused and are not eligible for a refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  • Refund Timeline: You can expect to see the funds in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of a replacement or issue a full refund.

7. Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different design, color, or size, please place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the new product as quickly as possible.
