As we specialize in personalized metal signs:

Customer responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that all text, names, dates, and customization details provided are correct. We will produce the item exactly as entered.
Color and display: We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Modifications to the service and prices

All-inclusive pricing: Prices for our products include all applicable taxes. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

4. Order accuracy and billing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

Address accuracy: It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Rigamass is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Cancellation policy

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of the time they were placed. After this window, the order enters production and cannot be canceled or modified.

6. Shipping and delivery

Free shipping: We offer free shipping within the Usa.
Timeline: Processing takes 1-3 business days, and shipping typically takes 3-4 business days.
Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other external factors.

7. Returns and refunds

Personalized items: Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
30-day window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
