Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free for all orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our process includes two stages:

  • Processing: 1-3 business days to prepare and quality-check your sign.

  • Shipping: 3-4 business days for delivery. In total, most customers receive their orders within 4-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we exclusively ship to addresses within the United States.

Can I track my package?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Orders & Customization

Can I change or cancel my order?

We allow cancellations or changes (such as text or address updates) within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, your sign enters production and we can no longer make modifications.

What happens if I enter the wrong information for my sign?

Please double-check all spelling and details before finalizing your order. Since our signs are personalized, we produce them exactly as entered. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

What is the order cut-off time?

Our daily cut-off time is 4:00 Pm (Est). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because our signs are personalized, we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake in the customization. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any issues.

Are there any restocking fees?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

How long does a refund take?

Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Payment & Taxes

Is tax included in the price?

Yes, the price you see on the product page is the final price. All applicable taxes are already included, so there are no surprises at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal. Credit and debit card payments are supported via PayPal checkout.

Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?

Yes, our metal signs are designed to be durable and weather-resistant, making them perfect for both indoor and outdoor decor.

How do I hang my metal sign?

Most of our signs come with pre-drilled holes for easy mounting. You can use screws, nails, or wall-safe adhesive strips depending on your wall type.
